victoryvisionstreet.jpgVictory Motorcycles is 10 years old in 2008 and its UK operation will be marking the anniversary at the forthcoming Americana International show at the Nottinghamshire County Showground in Newark from 11th-13th July. Now running for more than 25 years, Americana is described as Europe’s number one American lifestyle event and offers up to 70,000 visitors a long weekend extravaganza of classic American music, cars, trucks and motorcycles.

Made at Medina in the heart of Minnesota, Victory Motorcycles is the motorcycle brand of Polaris Industries – a two billion dollar organisation renowned for a dynamic range of ATVs and snowmobiles.

Polaris launched the Victory brand in 1998, with a range of classic American V-twin cruisers that has grown each year since - a range that is set apart by the bikes’ handling abilities, the strength of their engines, their outstanding build quality and reliability.

Polaris Britain’s marketing manager, Steve Goult, commented;

“This is a great way for us to celebrate the first decade of Victory Motorcycles. It’s difficult to believe that the brand was launched such a relatively short time ago and what a long road it has travelled in that time.

“Victory machines,” he continued, “have already been recognised in the JD Power Survey in the US as offering perhaps greater overall customer satisfaction than any other brand – including those from America, Japan or anywhere else. It’s a major success story and all of us in the UK are very proud to be a part of it.”
