Dry Inside Base Layer Clothing from Knox

E-mail Print PDF

knox_dry_inside.jpgKnox Dry Inside, the unique cotton base layer clothing range with 3XDRY® treatment, is available in new comfort fit for summer 2008. Launched last year, Knox Dry Inside was the first cotton base layer for motorcyclists to keep the wearer cool and dry thanks to revolutionary 3XDRY® technology. Originally only available in a ‘skinny’ fit, the new comfort range is styled to look and fit like a casual T-shirt, so it will look as cool as it feels when riders remove their jackets.

Innovative 3XDRY® treatments* help natural cotton to behave like modern synthetic fabrics by combining two technologies into one textile. On the outside the textile is finished with a water-repellent function, whereas on the fabric’s inside it absorbs perspiration. This treatment does not affect the appearance, sensation or the air permeability of the fabric, so wearers get the look and feel of natural cotton.

Dry on the inside, dry on the outside and dry in a flash

Moisture resulting from perspiration is quickly absorbed from the inner side of the textile with 3XDRY® treatment and distributed over a large surface area, before escaping to the outside. This stimulates a cooling effect.

The 3XDRY® treatment also reliably repels moisture, reducing the effect of dirt and stains. Since only the inside of the textile absorbs moisture, perspiration marks are practically invisible from the outside.

The distribution of the moisture over a large surface area ensures rapid evaporation. Therefore, textiles with 3XDRY® dry noticeably faster. Knox Dry Inside is machine washable – simply turn inside out and iron to refresh its 3XDRY® properties.

The Dry Inside short sleeve tops sell for £27.99 in sizes X-Small – 2X-Large.
